TIMETABLE FOR PROPER NOTICE RELATIVE TO GREENS FEES AND CART RENTALS
30 DAYS PRIOR: Must provide update as to the current number of players or accept the number originally booked.
15 DAYS PRIOR: Must provide update as to the current number of players and pay deposit* per player.
3 DAYS PRIOR: Give current status of players. Anticipated number may be lowered by ten percent with no penalty.*
* Deposit shall be $5 per player and is applied toward total bill of special event. Cancellations must be
made 15 days prior to outing for full refund of deposit, otherwise deposit is forfeited to Course.
